White Smoked Salmon Pizza
Ingredients
- pizza dough >> recipe here
- 20 cl fresh cream
- 4 portions of cheese (the laughing cow, kiri…)
- 2 chopped onions
- grated cheese
- fresh basil
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and fry chopped onion until it is translucent.
- For the white sauce: mix fresh cream and cheese (the laughing cow, kiri…)
- Roll out your pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet
- Top the dough with the white sauce, onions, chopped basil, grated cheese and smoked salmon.
- Bake at 230°C for about 10 minutes.
- Top with a little fresh basil leaves.
