Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
- 110 g butter
- 120 g Black chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 250 g granulated sugar
- 70 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 120 g sifted flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 220 g chocolate chunks
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 165°C (325 F).
- In a mixing bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- Melt the butter and the black chocolate together in the microwave or bain marie.
- Beat the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
- Add the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Using a tablespoon, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake until cookies are flat and surfaces crack, about 12-14 minutes.
- let them cool completely before moving them.
