Chicken with Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • 25 cl heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20 g butter
  • Pepper, salt, parsley

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into pieces.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat and saute chicken’s pieces until lightly browned. Add chopped onion, crushed garlic, parsley and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add heavy cream and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Let simmer until bubbles appear on the surface and the sauce becomes slightly thick.
