Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp baker’s yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cups flour
- Tomato sauce
- Tuna
- Black & green olive
- cheese
- Thyme & origano
Directions
- In a bowl mix the milk, water, oil, sugar and salt. In a pan or in the microwave heat the mixture until lukewarm over a low heat.
- Add yeast and mix well. Cover with cling wrap and let rest 15 minutes .
- Add flour and mix with your hands until the dough is slightly sticky.
- Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl, Cover it and leave it in refrigerator about 1 hour and a half.
- Preheat the oven to 210°C. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into large round, using a rolling pin. The dough needs to be very thin as it will rise in the oven.
- Place the pizza onto baking tray, Shape it (see video) .
- Then spread over the tomato sauce and garnish with thyme, black olives, sliced pitted green olives, tuna and cheese (you can garnish the pizza in a different ways depending on your preferences and your ingredients).
- Pop in to the pre-heated oven for 10- 15 minutes or until golden and crisp, then serve .
