Sesame Seed Biscuits
Ingredients
- 250g soft butter
- 100g icing sugar
- Vanilla
- 2 tbsp grilled sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 370g flour
- Apricot jam, Strawberry jam..
- 200g sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla, grilled sesame, cornflour, sifted flour and mix until a soft paste is obtained.
- Roll into 27/30g balls, roll in sesame seeds and pack them into the silicone molds.
- Bake until browned. Let Let cool and unmold gently.
- Fill the center of each biscuit with jam of your choice.
