Chicken with Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 500 g boneless and skinless chicken breast
- 25 cl heavy cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 g butter
- Pepper, salt, parsley
Directions
- Cut chicken into pieces.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat and saute chicken’s pieces until lightly browned. Add chopped onion, crushed garlic, parsley and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Let simmer until bubbles appear on the surface and the sauce becomes slightly thick.
