White Smoked Salmon Pizza

Ingredients

  • pizza dough >> recipe here
  • 20 cl fresh cream
  • 4 portions of cheese (the laughing cow, kiri…)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • grated cheese
  • fresh basil
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and fry chopped onion until it is translucent.
  2. For  the white sauce: mix fresh cream and cheese (the laughing cow, kiri…)
  3. Roll out your pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet
  4. Top the dough with the white sauce, onions, chopped basil, grated cheese and smoked salmon.
  5. Bake at 230°C for about 10 minutes.
  6. Top with a little fresh basil leaves.
