Sesame Seed Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 250g soft butter
  • 100g icing sugar
  • Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp grilled sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 370g flour
  • Apricot jam, Strawberry jam..
  • 200g sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla, grilled sesame, cornflour, sifted flour and mix until a soft paste is obtained.
  3. Roll into 27/30g balls, roll in sesame seeds and pack them into the silicone molds.
  4. Bake until browned. Let Let cool and unmold gently.
  5. Fill the center of each biscuit with jam of your choice.
