Star shaped pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp baker’s yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 cups flour
  • Tomato sauce
  • Tuna
  • Black & green olive
  • cheese
  • Thyme & origano

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the milk, water, oil, sugar and salt. In a pan or in the microwave heat the mixture until lukewarm over a low heat.
  2. Add yeast and mix well. Cover with cling wrap and let rest 15 minutes .
  3. Add flour and mix with your hands until the dough is slightly sticky.
  4. Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl, Cover it and leave it in refrigerator about 1 hour and a half.
  5. Preheat the oven to 210°C. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into large round, using a rolling pin. The dough needs to be very thin as it will rise in the oven.
  6. Place the pizza onto baking tray, Shape it (see video) .
  7. Then spread over the tomato sauce and garnish with thyme, black olives, sliced pitted green olives, tuna and cheese (you can garnish the pizza in a different ways depending on your preferences and your ingredients).
  8. Pop in to the pre-heated oven for 10- 15 minutes or until golden and crisp, then serve .
